We’re experts in here, so we know exactly the best way how to explore the Prague logistically. All the walking is done either flat or downhill so we go with the easiest possible as well as the structural arrangement of all sites that we’ll be going through is effectively straightforward, so we never waste your time by walking with you back and forth 😉

After meeting you up at 9am at your hotel in Prague, we’ll be driving you up to the castle area but still half way through, we’ll make a short stop at one of the most beautiful spots to capture the view over the Vltava river together with its wonderful bridges. Later, we’ll park our car nearby the Prague Castle and we’ll start our walking tour by visiting the unique library of Strahov Monastery to have an idea what beauty hides inside, followed by a pleasant coffee & pastry stop at one local place 😉

Full of energy after the lovely refreshment, we will explore the Prague Castle grounds, including the Cathedral of St. Vitus and Golden Lane, where Franz Kafka – one of our most famous writers lived shortly in the house #22. Going to South Gardens of Prague Castle for another excellent view, we will join the iconic Nerudova street, which will take us down, allowing us to discover some of the other beautiful sites along the way like the fascinating John Lennon Wall, Velkoprevorsky Mill at Kampa or the pretty Vrtbovska Garden.

We’ll be crossing the iconic Charles Bridge, where we’ll have a chance to climb 138 stairs for another breathtaking view at the Old Town Bridge Tower – not mandatory though 🙂 then we’ll approach the Old Town Square to stare on the famous Astronomical Clock and cover the Jewish Quarter too. At this point – approximately around 1pm, you will have one hour just for yourself, while your guide will get back to the car and later, you’ll be picked up and transfered for a tasty lunch to the legendary Prague brewery 😉

After the lunch, we will drive you to Vysehrad – one of the oldest sites of Prague where you can visit the old cemetery – resting place of most famous figures from the Czech history, sneak into the colourfully decorated Basilica of St.Peter & Paul and also to enjoy some picturesque views from above. On the way back, we can stop on few sites just for a nice picture – including the phenomenal Dancing House, National Theatre or the National Museum at Wenceslas Square. Back to your hotel at 5pm – completely Praguotized 🙂

Please note that we are very flexible as with every of our tours. This is just the suggested itinerary from our side and all the sites listed are pretty optional, so for example if you don’t want to visit the library or climbing the stairs… it is absolutely fine 😉 Or maybe you’re not interested in a coffee stop or you would like to have something else for your lunch… fine too 😉 …we have always plan B, C or D in our pocket 🙂 You might be also interested to see some sites not mentioned here which is also fine as this is your day, you are on a private tour and we will always do our best to accommodate all your wishes – unless they’re unrealistic 🙂
