11 day Grand Tour of Germany

About this Tour

Set Prague as your base and we’ll take you on this wonderful roundtrip to experience the most beautiful places of whole Germany in just 11 days – most efficient way of travel 😉

We’ll start heading north from Prague to cover Dresden, Berlin and its lovely Sansoucci Palace in nearby Potsdam, then we’ll go southbound, so you can enjoy for example Wittenberg – the town of Martin Luther, Erfurt, cozy Bamberg, historical Nuremberg with WWII sites as well, Rothenburg – in our opinion the most beautiful town in whole Germany and Heidelberg with oldest University and lovely old town and red castle.

For wine lovers, the best part of the whole trip is coming now as we will approach Rhine and Moselle rivers – both famous for its vineyards and old castles set alongside 😉

We’ll sneak even to France – specifically into region called Alsace, where you can admire the beautiful architecture of Strasbourg, Colmar and Eguisheim, and once back to Germany, we’ll let you enjoy some of the best parts of Black Forest, well known for its cuckoo-clock manufacturing, yummy Black Forest ham, Black Forest cake or for a Danube River forming its first springs together and beginning the long journey from. We won’t forget the fairy tale Neuschwanstein Castle, explore Munich and on the way back to Prague we’ll make a popular stop in Cesky Krumlov – most visited place in Czech Republic after the Prague, where you can soak up the medieval atmosphere and relax in this well preserved UNESCO listed town.
