9 day tour to Austria & Slovenia

About this Tour

Set Prague as your base and we’ll take you on this wonderful roundtrip to experience the most beautiful places of Austria & Slovenia in just 9 days – most efficient way of travel 😉

We’ll start heading south from Prague towards Salzburg but still before we cross the border into Austria, we’ll make a lovely 3 hour stop at Cesky Krumlov – most picturesque town in Czech Republic outside the Prague. Following day we’ll explore the Salzburg and neighbouring area and on day three, you’ll have the chance to experience a magical ice cave, then later in the afternoon you can nicely relax by the lake in Zell am See.

On day four we’ll say bye to Austria for a couple of days and we’ll cross over to Slovenia, but before we’ll do so, we are going to spend most of the day by taking a scenic road over the beautiful Hohe Tauern NP offering fantastic views and we will also enjoy our time at stunning lake Weissensee.

In Slovenia we’ll cover the majestic Triglav NP, picturesque Lake Bled and capitol Ljubljana, day eight is fully reserved for Vienna, then on the way back to Prague we’re still going to see a historical village of Dürnstein at Danube River and very photogenic Renaissance town of Telc.
